天然氣通過前置過濾除塵、除水后，在吸附塔內(nèi)，利用吸附劑在低溫下超強吸水特性而吸附天然氣中的水分,再通過后置過濾器除塵,達到凈化天然氣的目的。當吸附塔一塔吸附劑趨于吸附飽和時，需要脫附(再生)，此時切換至另一塔吸附;少量凈化后的天然氣通過循環(huán)風機加壓，再經(jīng)加熱進入再生塔，再生塔內(nèi)的水份由高溫氣體帶出塔體，再經(jīng)冷卻分離除水后進入吸附塔，達到再生無耗氣的目的。

The water in the regeneration tower is brought out of the tower body by the high-temperature gas, and then enters the adsorption tower after cooling, separation and water removal, so as to achieve the purpose of regeneration without gas consumption.

為了讓分離器的處理效果和壽命更長，采用防腐蝕多面空心球，避免了因含硫等造成腐蝕等現(xiàn)象，從而保證了濾芯在長期工作中性能穩(wěn)定；同時考慮到濾網(wǎng)使用中容易產(chǎn)生輕微堵塞，所以將傳統(tǒng)式的螺旋濾芯改進成空心球形式，這樣大大提高了濾芯清洗的方便性。
