沼氣預處理系統(tǒng)描述厭氧發(fā)酵沼氣是現(xiàn)代污水處理廠、酒精廠、養(yǎng)殖場正常生產(chǎn)的附屬生成物。其主要成分為50～65%的甲烷與30～50%的二氧化碳，同時還含有水蒸氣、硫化物、氮化物等上百種成分，其中甲烷是主要的溫室效應污染物之一。沼氣不僅會污染環(huán)境而且也會產(chǎn)生嚴重的安全隱患，因此需要對厭氧沼氣進行集中處理。

Biogas pretreatment system describes that anaerobic fermentation biogas is a subsidiary product of normal production in modern wastewater treatment plants, alcohol plants and farms. Its main components are 50-65% methane and 30-50% carbon dioxide, and it also contains hundreds of components such as water vapor, sulfide, nitrogen compounds, among which methane is one of the main greenhouse effect pollutants. Biogas will not only pollute the environment, but also cause serious security risks, so it is necessary to treat anaerobic biogas centrally.

而以上的工廠一般都是耗電大戶，將正常生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生的沼氣集中收集用于發(fā)電，不僅能提高資源的利用率，同時也可以減少對市電的依賴。因此對于產(chǎn)氣量較大的污水處理廠、酒精廠、養(yǎng)殖場，可以采用沼氣熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)工藝。沼氣預處理系統(tǒng)是沼氣發(fā)電工程中的一個重要設備，該系統(tǒng)不僅用于實現(xiàn)對沼氣的脫水、脫硫、穩(wěn)壓、去除雜質(zhì)、安全保護等功能，同時還是沼氣厭氧反應罐與發(fā)電機組之間的燃氣輸送橋梁。

The system is not only used to realize the functions of dehydration, desulfurization, pressure stabilization, impurity removal and safety protection of biogas, but also a gas transmission bridge between biogas anaerobic reaction tank and generator set.

由于沼氣屬于易燃易爆的氣體，安全應該作為設計主要原則。同時還要兼顧系統(tǒng)的可靠性、經(jīng)濟性。
